From this point forward, Kudo International Federation, Daidojuku, Kakuto Karate will be referred to as KIF.

Majid Baghdarnia, you are hereby notified of your excommunication from KIF. Your failure to comply to KIF rules and regulations has forced Japan Kudo International Federation headquarters and President/Founder of KIF, Azuma Takashi, to no longer recognize you and your organization as a KIF branch chief nor are you entitled to use the KIF name in conjunction with any of your business dealings . You are to cease and desist in using any form of KIF names, including Kudo International Federation, Daidojuku, KIF, Kakuto Karate, Kakuto Karate Daidojuku, Daidojuku International Federation.

The Daidojuku and KIF names are worldwide copyrights and any misuse of this name will be deemed a copyright infringement and we will be forced to pursue the matter through legal channels.
